Yes. We have 2 different types of AMCs. The comprehensive AMC will cover regular maintenance, repair cost, and the cost of spare parts. The non-comprehensive AMC will only cover the regular maintenance of your product. In case of any breakdown, you may have to pay for repair and spare parts price.

After you sign an AMC, our trained technician will visit your place at a scheduled time as mentioned in the contract.
Normal wear & tear is included in the AMC if the machine is used as per the manufacturer’s manual. The exclusions depend on the type of AMC (comprehensive or non-comprehensive) purchased by you.
